Mie Goreng Aceh
(fried and dry) and Mie Aceh sauce (soup). Usually sprinkled with fried onion sand served with chips, chunks of red onion, cucumber, and lime juice
Mie Aceh Recipe :
Materials Mie Aceh:
200 grams lamb or beef
300 grams of wet noodles, poured boiling hot water
4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
3 red onions, thinly sliced
1 tomato, cut into pieces
750 ml of water
300 ml beef broth
50 grams of bean sprouts
50 grams of cabbage, sliced
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
3 tablespoons cooking oil
1/2 teaspoon vinegar
1 leek, cut into 1 cm
1 bay leaf
Spices that are:
6 red onions
Cardamom 1 egg
4 cloves garlic
4 large red chilies, seeds removed
2 cm turmeric, burned
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Material Acar CUCUMBER:
3 pieces of cucumber, seeds removed, cut into pieces
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
Complementary Mie Aceh:
100 grams of fried chips
To cook the noodles in Aceh:
Mutton boiled in water and bay leaves. Once cooked discard the water. Cut into pieces.Set aside.
Saute garlic, onion, and herbs that have been crushed until aromatic. Add goat meatbefore. Stir until blended.
Add tomatoes, sprouts, and cabbage. Stir until wilted.
Enter the soy sauce, salt, sugar, beef broth, and vinegar. Cook until absorbed.
Enter the noodles. Cook until done. Towards removed, sprinkle green onions. Stir until blended.
Serve noodles aceh with pickle mentimun and emping fried.
